Name of a Sherlock Holmes story figure in it?
Nope! No knowledge of Sherlock Holmes is necessary. You only need to recognize that it is a detective.
Hint! Three words. Second word is "by".
Gah, this one's been driving me crazy. Unless it's some horribly play on words like "clue by four" I have no idea. I give up already!
Jeffrey, you got it! You know what a clue-by-four is, right?
Uh, yeah. Yeah, 'course I know what a clue-by-four is. Knew it the whole time. ;-)(Urban Dictionary does in fact rule.)
Damn Americ... er, cultural bias. Not heard of the phrase 'til now. Besides, it's a bit of a pun and I thought you said you didn't like puns. Perhaps you've finally achieved enlightenment and seen the error of your ways? :-)
Hmm... I don't think it's really an American phrase. More of an internet phrase.
Yeah, but Amuricah owns teh internets, right? ;-)
Well, the interweb has its own culture so I'm still right. Kinda.
